The body is shaped as an octagon with a draft opening in the lower section. The draft opening has decorative cutouts (later replacement). The legs are removable, thin, curved, and end in stylized paw shapes (later replacement). The handles are suspended on swivels and fitted with wooden grips. The spigot ends with a curled spout. The tap key is shaped like a grid. The lid is stepped, with two knobs. A stamp engraved with a graver reads: «В тулъ Братья Балашевы» The crown has decorative cutouts. The chimney cap is missing. The samovar was purchased at an auction in 2024
