The body is shaped like a vase, decorated with spoonwork and featuring a constricted neck in the upper section. The rim is ornamented with diamond and bead motifs. The base is square with four stepped legs. The samovar has no draft opening. The handles consist of two openwork plates connected by wooden grips. The spigot is faceted, with a decorative spout and a relief rosette at the base shaped like a flower. The tap key is shaped like a branch, and the wooden knob is missing. The lid is stepped, with two wooden knobs and steam vents. The crown is missing. The chimney cap is cast, fitted with a wooden knob. A chimney tube with a wooden handle is included. The lid bears the stamp: “Самоварн. фабр. Е. А. Ваныкина в Тулѣ” with medal images on both sides. The samovar was purchased an auction in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2024. The spigot had been removed before acquisition.
