The body is shaped like a faceted “goblet” with a single column, a constriction near the top, and a protruding decorative rim. On the column of the body, relief images of clubs and diamonds are stamped.
The base is ornate, with four openwork legs stylized as lion paws. The front side of the base bears the stamped number 176669. The ash-pit has shaped cutouts; the ash-pit lid is missing. The handles consist of two openwork plates connected by wooden grips. The rim of the body is decorated in relief. The spigot is faceted, with a shaped outlet, and is attached to the body by a relief rosette. The spigot key is branch-shaped. The lid is stepped, with two wooden knobs and a steam vent. The chimney cap has shaped cutouts. The draft stopper is stepped, with a wooden finial. The lid bears the stamp: «И.Ф.КАПЫРЗИНЪ ВЪ ТУЛIЪ». The samovar was purchased at an auction in Italy in 2023. During shipping, the left front leg was dented.
