The body is shaped like a faceted can with a neck in the upper part. The rim is decorated with alternating relief diamonds and bead motifs. The base is square, set on four legs. The draft opening has decorative cutouts. The handles consist of two shaped brass plates connected by wooden holders. They are attached to the body with convex relief rosettes. The spigot is faceted and decorated with a cross-shaped rosette at the base. The tap key is shaped like a branch. The lid is stepped, with two wooden grips and a steam vent. The fire grate is cast with decorative cutouts. The plug is missing. The set includes a flat ring for the teapot and a chimney with a wooden handle. The stamp on the lid reads: “въ ТУЛIЪ М.Е.ВАНЫКИНА”. The samovar was purchased from a private seller in San Rafael (California, USA) through Craigslist.
